TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

Sales are made to:

  • Companies and legal entities
  • Government authorities
  • Individuals over 18 years of age (if private purchase is enabled)

If the purchase is made as a business transaction, consumer protection legislation does not apply.

We reserve the right for printing errors, technical errors, and price adjustments caused by system faults.

2. Order & Binding Agreement

A binding agreement is concluded when the customer confirms the purchase at checkout.

Order confirmation is generated automatically and sent via email without manual review.

ReklamX AB reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Technical errors
  • Suspicion of fraud
  • Failed payment authorization

3. Prices

All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified.

VAT is added according to Swedish tax legislation.

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

4. Payment Methods

Payment is processed through approved payment providers such as:

  • Mollie B.V.
  • Klarna Bank AB
  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd

Available payment methods may include:

  • Card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
  • Direct bank payment
  • Invoice (subject to approval)

ReklamX AB does not store card details.

The payment provider acts as independent data controller for payment data.

5. Delivery

Goods are sold ex warehouse.

Delivery is made via selected carrier at checkout, typically:

  • DHL
  • DB Schenker
  • DSV

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Damaged Goods

If goods are damaged during transport:

The customer must immediately notify the carrier and register a claim.

Failure to report transport damage upon receipt may limit the right to compensation.

7. Unclaimed Consignments

For consignments not collected and returned to ReklamX AB:

An administration fee of:

SEK 400 + VAT
or 20% of the order value
(whichever amount is higher)

will be charged.

Additional return shipping costs may apply.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Business Purchases

No right of withdrawal applies.

Private Consumers (if applicable)

Private consumers have 14 days right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act.

The withdrawal period begins from the date of receipt.

Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

9. Complaints & Warranty

Consumers

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, consumers have 3 years right to complain about original defects.

Businesses

Businesses have 2 years complaint period under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act.

The customer must prove that the defect existed at delivery.

Normal wear and improper installation are not covered.

In case of dispute involving consumers, ReklamX AB follows recommendations from ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).

10. Retention of Title

Ownership of goods remains with ReklamX AB until full payment has been received.

The customer may not resell or transfer the goods before full payment.

ReklamX AB reserves the right to repossess unpaid goods.

11. Limitation of Liability

ReklamX AB’s liability is limited to the order value.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profit
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party claims

12. Assignment

ReklamX AB reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under this agreement.

13. Force Majeure

ReklamX AB shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • War
  • Government actions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Strike
  • Natural disasters

14. Governing Law

Swedish law applies.

Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts, with Malmö District Court as first instance.
